Carrier Compliance & Company file ReviewWithin your first 12 months you will receive a New Entrant Safety Audit from DOT. We will handle the audit process by prepping you before. You will receive a comprehensive assessment of your transportation company to ensure you meet both the FMCSA & DOT's compliance standards. We will create an onboarding packet specifically for your company. Includes: Employment application, safety policy & procedure manual, & Drug Free Workplace Manual only 2 revisions per year. We will maintain monthly IFTA reports to make your quarterly filings easier. Initiation & maintenance of driver qualification files. Maintenance of vehicle records, so you will never miss a required annual inspection & be compliant with IRP renewals. This review is held 1:1 for an hour to review your records and formulate a game plan to ensure you are compliant & remain compliant. (FMCSA CLEARINGHOUSE, FMCSA COMPLIANCE, & USDOT requirements) The Carrier Compliance & Company File Review are annual services and will be billed for renewal 10 days before expired annual date. Note: You will receive a separate email to schedule your 1:1 (If you have already had your New Entrant Audit DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE)

Month-to-Month Bookeeping/RecordsQuickbooks recommended, Weekly IFTA reports to ensure accuracy when filing. Account Reconciliations and P&L reports to evaluate your companies profits/Losses for tax purposes. You will be invoiced on a month to month basis.

Annual Bookeeping /RecordsQuickbooks recommended, This service is good for one year after purchase. we will run weekly IFTA reports to ensure accuracy when filing. Account Reconciliations, Account Balancing and P&L reports to evaluate your companies profits/Losses for tax purposes. You will be invoiced 10 days before anniversary date to renew services.
