10DLC Registration Requirement

According to the FCC all businesses using text messaging within a business function are required to register their phone numbers to stay compliant with new legislation. Failure to register and use your phones within their parameters will put you in a position of accruing massive fines in excess of $10,000. To avoid these fees and fines, we are requiring our users to reregister their numbers as per carriers new guidelines.
You must be registered with an EIN... If you do not have an EIN, no problem, just go here and get your EIN, it doesn't change how you are paid or file taxes, we just need to be in compliance with the carriers to keep you protected. You will get an EIN immediately, so use that for this form. ONCE YOU GET YOUR EIN, please make sure to download all docs they provide at confirmation and email those to sales@agencyelephant.com so we can validate your account for you.
