Candidate MUST have two (2) entries in the 2026 Montgomery County Fair, either in the Livestock and/or Non-Livestock Division and MUST COMPLY WITH LIVESTOCK AND/OR NON-LIVESTOCK GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ALL ENTRY FORM DUE DATES. All candidates must be a Junior attending a Montgomery County High School (private or public) or zoned to a Montgomery County School District if homeschooled the entire school calendar year.
Each applicant’s official entry form must be turned into the Fair Office, emailed to info@mcfa.org (not mailed), or completed online no later than FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2025 by 3:00 p.m. All entry forms must be accompanied by a RECENT photo of the applicant (PHOTO MUST BE A 5 X 7 SIZE) and essay.
Essay should include:
Fair projects
Years involved in the Montgomery County Fair
Extra-curricular activities
Honors (high school years only)
Hobbies and interests
What being selected Fair Queen would mean to you?
APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE AND NO LATE APPLICATIONS
There will be a mandatory meeting of all candidates, parents and/or guardians on Thursday, October 16th at 7:00pm at the Lone Star Convention center.
