How does this work?
1. Form is submitted>> you will see your ticket post in the help-systemsupport channel (or help-pangea when applicable). That means we have received it and are working on it as long as it's within our working hours of
M-F 9am PST - 6pm PST.
2. Issue is resolved>> We will tag you in thread to indicate the issue has been resolved, or if additional information is needed, you will be able to communicate back and forth with the team.
