AACE Engagement Lounge Proposal Form

Thank you for considering organizing an AACE Engagement Lounge! Engagement Lounges may follow a number of different formats, including a facilitated conversation with participants, a series of short presentations with Q&A breaks in between, a moderated panel discussion, and more. All that is required is the following two things:

The topic is of interest to cancer educators/AACE members
You identify and invite/confirm all moderators, speakers, and/or panelists

Your Engagement Lounge proposal may be reviewed by an AACE Committee to ensure it is appropriate to AACE's audience. We will take your preferred dates into consideration, but we may need to work with you to schedule on a date that works both for you and for AACE. Help is available from AACE Heqadquarters to arrange logistics and help with other practical matters.
