DBDL Youth Volleyball

The Donald Brown Developmental League Volleyball Program falls under the nonprofit parent umbrella of Believe Incorporated, Inc. Our program’s goal is to provide quality recreation and skill development for children, youth, and underserved populations of children. ***Program Subscription Cost $100 per month non-refundable even if your student-athlete can not attend. No exceptions*** This season will begin: Every other Friday beginning Friday, September 16th. The season will end on Saturday December 10th.
DBDL will be providing an indoor developmental volleyball program twice a month.

Subscriptin cost must be paid prior to attending a practice or participating in any DBDL Volleyball program.

Age Cut Date September 1st

Our ages range from 5 - 18 yrs

When: Every other Friday beginning Friday, September 16th.

The first four everyother Friday practices will be whole group practices. Please see the schedule blow for practice times.

-Drills will encourage proper form and techniques of volleyball with emphasis on proper ball control, working as a team, and court communication. Examples include: Ball control drills (Serving & Setting), muscle memory drills (Setting), partner communication (scrimmage), and team collaboration drills (partner passing/peppering).

$15 Pre-Order T-Shirt is Optional - T-Shirts are sometimes delayed due to the slowed supply chain. If your t-shirt is not ready, we will have it available to you at the next Indoor Volleyball practice. Skills camp t-shirt orders are placed once 5 - 10 pre-orders have been made. Please encourage family members to get a t-shirt and take pictures in them at our camps. Please use the hashtags #DBDL or #ICJPfamily1st when posting pictures to social media platforms.

Student-Athlete Photo. Photos submitted or taken during the event could be used to welcome student-athletes and or to promote events through the Donald Brown Developmental League. By submitting an image, the parent/guardian gives the organization and its affiliates permission to use the photo on social media platforms and promotional advertisements without financial obligation now and into the future.

WAIVER, RELEASE, PHOTO USE RELEASE FORM and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - I, the undersigned, being the parent, volunteer or participant involved in the Believe Incorporated, Inc. youth sports or summer program project (the “Project”), or being the legal guardian of such a participant in the Project, in consideration of my or another’s participation in the Project, release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Believe Incorporated, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, representatives, invitees, and affiliates (“Believe group”) from and against all liability, claims, losses, damages, punitive damages, costs, expenses, attorney's fees, demands, suits and causes of action of every kind and character arising in favor of myself, my child or participant in the Project or anyone claiming thereunder for personal injury, or death, or property damage in anyway incident to or arising out of participation in activities associated with the Project regardless of and expressly including the sole, joint, or concurrent negligence, gross negligence, statutory fault, or negligence per se of any party, including the members of the Believe group. I (authorized person signing), hereby grant and authorize Believe group the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me or the program participant(s) and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, fundraising letters, flyers, posters, brochures, submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites, annual reports, press kits and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other considerations. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing. If revoked no pictures from the day of notice moving forward will be used. Pictures taken prior to notice will not be subject for removal. Your donation helps sponsor Foster Care Children removed from homes due to abuse or neglect. Every child deserves the opportunity to have fun no matter where they come from. Your donation allows us to continue providing free to low-cost sports and educational programs to foster care children, youth, and families.
