1. Complete customer details must be submitted before 5.30pm, minimum one day before the test.
完整的客户资料必须在至少检测前一天下午5.30前提交 。
2. If customer details are received after 5.30pm, the booking will only be processed the following day or will be charged walk-in price.
如在下午5.30后收到客户资料, 预约将收取临时预约的价格。
3. Kindly make full payment to confirm your booking.
请全额付款以确认您的预约.
4. Once Payment Made, booking credit must be utilised within one week.
一旦完成付款，必须在一周内使用预约配额。
5. An administration fee of RM50 will be charged upon cancellation of your booking. Thank you.
