How does the SHIME assessment work?

The SHIME assessment consists of 2 components:

    1. An initial self assessment by you to determine your hard skills, industry knowledge and experience. These skills are straightforward and can easily be self assessed.

    2. A second assessment to be completed by a friend / associate to assess your soft skills and mindset As both of these skills are more judgement based can can be self-biased, having a friend who knows you to assess these areas would be a more fair and accurate method.

The second assessment can be accessed upon completion of the initial self assessment.

How will i get my results?

Upon completion of both of the components of the SHIME assessment, a report will be sent to your email.
