Self-Care Sunday | Rising Yoga ⚕This is a 1-hour yoga and meditation session to Reset and Soften. My sessions always open up with an affirmative meditation session, an aligning yoga session, a renewing gentle reiki wash for the aura and seals with a brief tai chi exercise 🙌During our session we will target Anxiety and Stress. Includes meditation, energy therapy during the fresh, gentle and clarifying yoga session. Free Event - donations based. You can cashapp $Neteru9 a donation or you may donate cash.
