- Certificates can be collected three (3) working days after the date of request.
- Select ONE option only for receipt of your certificate. Selection of both a soft copy and a hard copy will NOT be facilitated.
- Replacement certificates cost $30.00 TTD. Payable at the UWI cashier (Account #5229).
