  • It is your responsibility to let me know of any condition for which you are receiving medical treatment.

    please sip water on the day of your appointment to make sure you are adequately hydrated. You will be given a bottle of water after your appointment. 

    I use a blend of Jojoba and fractionated coconut oil, I also have grapeseed if either of those are not suitable. 
    Essential oils can be added and will be discussed when you arrive.

    Please wear light loose clothing and if having a reflexology treatment please wear something that will give me access to the lower leg.  You can also remove any clothing as I can appropriately drape you.

    I invite you to choose 1 or 2 of the following concepts during your treatment to ensure you get the absolute most out of each treatment. Studies have shown that by doing any one of these creates a much more powerful treatment outcome.

    BREATH.

    Focus on experiencing your breath to truly connect to your body and being. The breath is the meeting point between the conscious and unconscious mind by paying attention to how you naturally breathe with mindfulness and attention. This then puts you in touch with yourself and takes your mind away from other things that distract you from the touch.

    FEELING.

    Focus on what you can feel, sensations of been gently moved , rocking sensations or by feeling the pressure that is been applied to one area of the body and maybe having an effect on another area.

    LET IN THE TOUCH THEN LET GO.

    Letting the touch in, holding it in then imagine letting go of anything that is not serving you at the moment.

    Our contract to each other is communication, this is very important during your treatment. If at any point you need me to stop , or I am hurting you or its not working then please say “STOP” or “OUCH” or whatever words you feel are the most appropriate.

    It is also ok to talk during your session if this is what feels better for you. If conversation isn’t initiated by you I will presume that you are using the client hub and I will refrain from non treatment conversation.
