    How to place an order with Mon Cheri Charcuterie:

    1. Customers will select the product(s) that they wish to purchase and complete order form in full.

    2. Once the selection(s) have been made, customers will receive an invoice to be paid in full in order to confirm their order.

    3. If there are any specific requests made in this order form, customers will be contacted by shop.mon.cheri.charcuterie@gmail.com to confirm details.

    Order Information:

    *All orders need to be placed, finalized & paid in full 72-hours before the agreed-upon, set delivery / setup time. Any orders placed within the 72-hour window will not be accepted.*

    *Orders are not confirmed until the customer receives an invoice and pays in full.*

    *For questions with grazing tables, customers may reach out via Instagram (@monchericharcuterie) or by email shop.mon.cheri.charcuterie@gmail.com prior to placing order*

     

    Payment Information:

    All customers will receive an invoice from Paypal once their order is placed. Paypal, credit card or debit card are all acceptable forms of payment.



    Mon Cheri Charcuterie Availability:

    *Subject to change based on Mon Cheri Charcuterie availability and holiday schedules*


    Fridays: 5 – 7 pm EST
    Saturdays: 10 am – 2 pm EST
    Sundays: 12 pm – 2 pm EST

    *Mon Cheri Charcuterie grazing table availability may vary outside of this availability, depending on agreed upon time of setup with customer*

     

    Mon Cheri Charcuterie Delivery & Service Fees:

    1-10 miles: $15
    11-20 miles: $30
    21-30 miles: $45

    *All grazing tables are subject to the delivery & service fees.*

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    All orders must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the agreed-upon, set delivery / setup time in order to receive a full refund. Any orders that are cancelled within the 72-hour window will be given a store credit for a future product, based on Mon Cheri Charcuterie availability. 

    Any cancellations and/or refunds may reach out directly to shop.mon.cheri.charcuterie@gmail.com.

     

    Loyalty / Rewards Program:

    Customers who order two individual, separate grazing tables will receive a $100 credit on the third grazing table order.

    Customers who refer two people who each place orders with Mon Cheri Charcuterie will receive a $75 credit on a future order.

     

    Food & Allergy Disclaimer:

    Although we put our utmost effort into ensuring that our products are contained and do not come in contact with food allergens, our products may be exposed to cross-contamination with, but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, soy, shellfish, dairy products, eggs, among others.

    Clients with food allergies or sensitivies should exercise caution and be specific when disclosing details regarding those particular allergies or sensitivites in this order form.

    By completing this form and purchasing the order, customers are acklowedging and confirming that Mon Cheri Charcuterie, LLC is not responsible for any food-related issues or illnesses.

      Grazing Tables
      Custom Grazing Tables. Grazing tables are priced by square foot at $200 per square foot. If any extra requests are made outside of meat, cheese, dried and fresh fruits, nuts, mustard/honey/jam, biscotti/cookie, crackers/bread, olives and pickles (extras would include items such as monogram charcuterie letter, honeycomb, among others), then there will be an additional charge based on the request/availability. *For grazing tables, there is a 3-square feet minimum.* We estimate that one square foot roughly serves 5-6 people. *For all Grazing tables, there is a delivery/service fee.*
