CANCELLATIONS: ‘Administration and Agency Booking Fee’ Deposit is both Non-Negotiable and Non-Refundable. ‘Administration and Agency Booking Fee’ Deposit, 'secures' your booking with us the 2sxe4u Group (Relevant Agency) and the Model/s. Cancellation of your booking after you have made an agreement with our agency and after it has been placed into our booking system will result in forfeiting your full ‘Administration and Agency Booking Fee’ Deposit. If you decide to cancel the booking on the day/night of your event, upon the arrival of our personnel, you owe our Model/s 100% of the agreed amount of the booking (Total Amount Owing To Model/s) in the form of CASH.

I understand in placing a booking with either 2sxe4u Management (Models) and/or Highroller Glamours Australia (Adult Entertainment Agency providing Waitresses, Hostesses, Poker Dealers, Models and Strippers). That all agency personnel DO NOT perform any SEXUAL services. Nor do they offer any ESCORT services at anytime.

I am aware of the 'Terms and Conditions' of either 2sxe4u Management and/or Highroller Glamours Australia at the time of 'Requesting A Quote' and/or 'Making A Booking'. If the rules are broken, the personnel reserve the right to leave immediately without notice, and no refund will be given. If at any stage, the personnel are verbally abused, physically abused or threatened, services or performances will also terminate immediately, with no refund. This type of behaviour will not be tolerated. Please Note: Security or Police intervention will be sourced. As the booking organiser, it is my responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of the Terms and Conditions.

I am aware that there is to be absolutely NO VIDEO RECORDING or PHOTOGRAPHING of a Highroller Glamour personnel 'during a show/service'. Feel free to ask the personnel permission to have photographs taken prior to, or once the event has ceased, for 'keepsake' purposes only. You MUST ask all (2sxe4u Management and/or Highroller Glamours Australia) personnel prior permission should you wish to record him/her in any way - this includes cameras, videos, mobile phones and/or any type of recording equipment. If he/she declines, you must respect this decision. If any video recording or photographing takes place without prior approval of the personnel, the personnel reserve the right to leave immediately without notice, and no refund will be given. You will be required to delete the media immediately. If declined, Security or Police intervention will be sourced accordingly. This also includes any images, footage or recordings uploaded or shared online, where there was no prior consent or signed agreement/contract made (Eg. Model Release Form).

I will not ask or harass any agency personnel into disclosing personal information such as Full Name, Place of Employment, Personal Contact Number, Website, Facebook Page or any other form of Social Media Networking. This is necessary to ensure privacy and safety for both parties involved.

I declare that I am at least 18 years of age at the time of requesting a quote or making a booking whether it be by use of the online forms, email, telephone or any other form of communication. If I am booking a service through Highroller Glamours Australia. As the booking organiser, it is also my responsibility to ensure that all guests attending are at least 18 years of age or older. Our personnel reserve the right to check legal 'Photo Identification' of guests at any given time. If anyone under the age of 18 is present at the time of the booking, all booked services and performances will cease immediately, with no refund.

I am aware that I MUST provide a legal form of 'Photo Identification' when confirming my booking. This is to ensure the safety of all of our personnel and will not be shared with third parties, unless legally required to do so.

I understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by (Relevant Agency) 2sxe4u Management and/or Highroller Glamours Australia. As the booking organiser, it is my responsibility to ensure all participants in model assignments and/or guests are aware of the Terms and Conditions.
