    • Job Wanted: 5 September 2025

      Location: Ramsgate or Copacabana, NSW

      Position: Junior Jeweller
      Hours: Part Time

      Contact: James Muller
Contact Details: See bottom of page

      Description:

      Hello,

My name is James Muller; I am looking for a full time or part time position as a junior jeweller or a jewellery polisher.

I have three years experience as a jewellery polisher and have completed a jewellery apprenticeship at Enmore TAFE through Burj’n (manufacturing jewellers) and worked part time as a junior jeweller for four years. I also worked as a jewellery polisher for three years with Sarah and Sebastion. During my time as a polisher when required I also cleaned castings. To the latter end of my employment I was placed on their quality control team. I also have some experience with a laser welding. I recently spent a year studying digital media at UTS. My time at UTS has served to focus my drive to have a career in the jewellery trade.  In addition during my time at UTS ALA  we were taught team based skills, and had experience with different programs and their use in the work space. I have had experience with a number of 3D CAD programs including Rhino and Blender.

Due to interruptions to my time on the bench I consider my skills to be at junior jeweller level, and would be happy to start work at this level. At this point of time I am doing some piecework for Burj’n (manufacturing jewellers) and spending free time doing self-study on  Rhino 8 and Blender, as well as practising my jewellery skills on stg silver pieces on my home work bench.

I am keen to discuss how I can contribute to your team.

      Sincerely,
      James Muller

    • Job Wanted: 26 May 2025

      Location: Sydney, NSW

      Position: Apprentice Jeweller
      Hours: Full Time

      Contact: Jasper Combs
Contact Details: See bottom of page

      Description:

Young and Driven - Seeking an Apprenticeship

My name is Jasper, and I’ve been passionate about jewellery manufacture and design since childhood. I have done work experience in the industry, as well as working in two sales positions at manufacturing jewellers, one of which allowed me to learn a bit on the bench from time to time. I have also been making silver pieces on my own bench for practice. I am very willing to start from scratch to learn the trade properly - but I am not unfamiliar with a jeweller’s workshop and tools.

I am looking for an apprenticeship in Sydney, but I will go wherever people are able to teach me.

I am keen to contribute my passion to the industry. Please get in touch if you, or someone you know might be able to offer me a position. I have attached a link to my portfolio.

Jewellers are busy people, thank you for your time.
