Information:

If you purchased a wi-fi camera system, the system will operate off your wi-fi network. Speed and latency is based on your usage and bandwidth over your network.
If you purchased a 4G camera, we recommend you get the highest 4G data plan (30GB to 50GB+ or unlimited plan / mo).
If you change the wi-fi password at any point, the camera system will disconnect from our Security Operations Center resulting in us having to come out to reprogram the system. We charge a $75.00 service fee to come out. Alternativity, if you have app access, you can reconnect your system to our Security Operations Center at any time.
If your wi-fi or system goes down at any point due to any act of God, data overage or changing system settings, our SOC will not be able to access your system. We shall not be responsible for failing to perform during any black outs, loss of power, loss of connection. No refund will be issued
Solar cameras are not designed for constant live feed monitoring 24/7. Reolink cameras have PIR detection feature which means the camera is always on in low power state until it detects a person, motion, or a vehicle. When motion, a person, or a vehicle is detected, the cameras switches to full power to send the alert. If you keep live view open for an extended amount of time, your batteries will drain quicker than the sun can charge them. It takes 2 to 4 hours of sun light to fully charge the cameras battery. In the event the battery should die. simply bring it in and connect it to a micro usb charger. A battery without a solar panel connected typically lasts about 7 to 14+ days on a a full charge (low battery alert can be configured). We recommend limiting live view to 5min max at a time, and always keeping your camera connected to solar.
Our plans are month to month. You can cancel any time before the start of the next cycle. No refunds are issued if you decide to disconnect mid-subscription.
