Hosting a board
If you agree to host a board you must have the permission of the property owner, so if you are in rented accommodation you will need to seek the owner’s permission first. The boards will be put up by Castles late October and will be taken down after the event. You do not need to be home for Castles to put up or remove the board.
What information we collect about you
We collect your name, address, mobile phone number, email address, and school year of your youngest child at George Spicer School (if applicable).
How your information will be used/stored
We will send your name, address and phone number to Castles Estates agents in order that they know where to put up and remove your Castles board. They will have your phone number in case they need to contact you if there are any issues with putting up or taking down your board. Castles will not use this information to contact you for any other purpose.
We will not send your information to any other individual or organisation.
We will securely store your information in order that we can contact you again about hosting a board for future events. We will normally contact you by email or mobile number.
