• Are You Ready to Grow Your Business?

  • You’re at a turning point in your business. Should you stay at your current level of operation or scale your business to the next level?

This assessment will help you decide and will also outline some of the steps you’ll need to take if you choose to grow.

The assessment is divided into sections that represent key areas of your business. Look at each statement and check the box to show whether you think it’s a ‘Yes’ or a ‘No’ answer to each question. Don’t be alarmed if you have a lot of ‘Nos’. You can always develop these elements if you decide to grow.

This interim position where your scores are roughly equal shows that you have the potential to grow your business but you’re not quite ready. Get as much training as you can, as well as more experience with what you’re currently doing. Then, before you make the leap, weigh everything and make the decision.

    Over 20 ‘No’

You probably aren't ready yourself internally nor is there enough structure in your business to move to the next level. If you believe that’s just because you don’t have the skills yet, then learn as much as you can through experience and training. However, if your business is successful as it is, don’t feel pressured into taking on more responsibilitiy if you don’t feel ready.
