Hello and thank you for your interest in my work! This form is your consultation, so please take your time when filling it out. :)

I am currently prioritizing bookings for Decemeber and January 2024, but I am happy to book you farther out if needed.

Current rate: $265 minimum, $265/hr (tattooing time only)

Please allow up to one week for a response. Requests for upcoming openings will be responded to ASAP. All accepted inquiries will receive an estimate of cost & time.

We will always review the design together at the beginning of our appoinment. No drafts or previews will be sent prior.

Tattoo Description*
Please provide a specific yet concise description of your tattoo idea. What would you liked included in the imagery of your tattoo? For tattoos with floral elements, please identify what kind of flowers you would like.
Placement *
Ex: left forearm, right inner bicep, etc.
Photo of Placement Location*

A photograph of the area **on you** that you would like tattooed. Stand as you would naturally and have someone else take a straight on, non-angled photo! You may also attach a copy of the placement photo with the general placement circled for sizing clarification.

Approximate width x height in inches. The more accurate your size estimate is, the more accurate your cost/time estimate will be. If you are unsure, you may attach an additional placement photo with the sizing circled in the "Placement Location" field above.
Visual Reference *

Images (in JPG format) of the elements that you would like included in your tattoo. Work from other artists may be included if you feel that it best communicates what you are looking for in your tattoo. All designs are made to be 100% unique; I do not replicate or copy. Scientific and botanical illustration references are always welcome!
