Staff: Plans, leads, and implements programs for children. Provides high-quality educational and recreational opportunities and enjoyable experiences for participants. Supervises students and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being. Specialty requirements: Tumbling instruction, stunt instruction, and cheer instruction – extensive training included.
Must be 16+ years old
Jr Staff: Under the supervision of the Staff Lead and Program Director, Junior Staff is responsible for assisting in the planning, conducting, and supervising a variety of recreational activities for students ages 4-11 in a class setting, as well as the assisting in the care and supervision of the participants.
Must be 13+ years old
Coach: Responsible for organizing and executing the cheer
program. Their duties include choosing team members, creating
choreographies, organizing practice sessions, monitoring each cheerleader, recommending safe techniques, and supervising warm-ups. Experience in cheerleading dance, training skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities will help to provide a safe and successful program. Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to deliver constructive criticism are elements that will assist the candidate in working in an environment that requires effective communication with students, staff, and parents.

Parent Action Committee Director: Leads Team Reps across the organization
Must be a team parent.
Team Rep: Works closely with coaches and parents to support the teams. This includes representing the parents on the Executive Board, organizing team needs on competition days, assisting the coach as needed, and other duties.
Must be a team parent.
