1. Duration & Timing
Each picnic experience is for 2 hours.
- A late fee of J$4,000 will be charged for picnics exceeding this duration.
- If clients arrive more than 30 minutes late, a late fee will also apply.
2. Inclusions
- Each picnic experience includes:
- Wine, bottled water, sanitizing wipes/sanitizer.
- Glassware, napkins, plate ware
- Table, table décor, cushions, ground cover
- Full set-up, pack-up, and clean-up service
- Additional add-ons are available for reservation at the time of booking
- Location & Fees
All locations attract a separate booking fee in addition to the picnic cost.
A 50% location fee deposit is required at the time of booking.

4. Booking & Payments
- A 14-day lead time is required to secure your picnic experience.
- A deposit is due at the time of booking.
The balance is due 3 days before your scheduled picnic experience.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule your reservation without penalty if you contact EBJA at least 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling or cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 40% rescheduling fee.
6. Weather Policy
- EBJA picnic experiences are outdoor events and may be affected by weather conditions.
- In the case of inclement weather, EBJA will work with you to reschedule your picnic or arrange alternative solutions.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund will be issued for weather-related cancellations only.
7. Food Options
- Food options are available upon request. You may choose from our menu selections, or EBJA can create a customized menu to suit your preferences.
