Please confirm that you are aware our normal puppy adoption fee is $1,800 for all puppies. An initial $300 non-refundable Deposit is due at signing of our Adoption Agreement and will be deducted from the total adoption fee. All of our adoption fees are tax deductible because of our 501c3 non-profit status. Approval of this application does not guarantee a puppy adoption. Agreed?

Please confirm that you understand that all puppies will come with LIMITED registration (AKC or CKC) and require a spay/neuter commitment. NO BREEDING RIGHTS WILL BE INCLUDED. Agreed?
