Notes to Applicants 申請人資訊:

1. Please review the Programme Information before enrolment.
    報讀本課程前，請先細閱「課程概覽」。

2. Target Group: Licensed Tourist Guide or Tour Escort.
    培訓對象︰持有效導遊牌照或領隊牌照者, 牌照必需在上課日仍然有效。
    
Tourist Guide or Tour Escort who holds an invalid/expired licence will not be considered.
(持已失效之導遊或領隊牌照將不獲受理。)

3. Enrolment Method: To enrol for the training programme, please complete this online enrolment form. (Duplicate submission of application form will NOT be processed)
    報名方法︰申請人需填妥網上報名表格，並於網上遞交報名申請。(不接受重複報名。)

4. Admitted applicants will receive an “Enrolment Confirmation” with class confirmation and lessons arrangement by e-mail within 7 working days.
   成功被取錄的申請人將於七個工作天內收到由議會電郵發出的「報名確認通知書」。

5. All applicants must clearly fill in name and personal particulars for the purpose of issuing a certificate of completion and allowance upon completion of the programme.
   申請人必須清楚填寫表格內的姓名及聯絡資料，作為日後修畢頒發結業證書及發放課程津貼之用。

6. The TIC will not be responsible for any failure or delay in submitting the online enrolment form.
    如因網上遞交報名申請有誤或資料不全而導致申請人未能及時報名，議會一概不會負責。

 Applicant's Declaration 申請人聲明

1. I, the applicant, have read, understood and agreed to the “Programme Information” and “Notes on Collection of Personal Data”. 
   本人(申請人)已細閱、明白並同意「課程概覽」及「個人資料收集說明」。
2. I agree to comply with all the rules and regulations relating to the above function and understand that participants who are absent from the class (including being late or taking early leave) for 20 minutes in total will be marked absent. 
   本人(申請人) 欲參加上述課程，並同意嚴格遵從議會的所有規則。如本人違反任何規則，議會有權取消本人資格。
   
3. I agree to receive information (including programme information) of the TIC by any means (including SMS, e-mail, fax, post, etc.).
   本人同意接收議會的通訊，包括並不限于課程資料。
   
4. I hereby declare that the information provided in this form and the documents attached are all accurate and authentic. The TIC has the right to disqualify me if there is any inconsistency with the statements that I have made. I also know that the TIC shall report any cases of using false documents to the police. 
   本人聲明以上所填報的資料均真確無訛。如本人之聲明有任何失實之處，貴會有權取消本人之申請資格。本人亦知悉如議會發現任何虛假文件，定必報警處理。
   
5. I agree that the TIC has the absolute power to interpret the terms and conditions stipulated on the enrolment form and accept all decisions made by the TIC. The TIC reserves the right to amend at any time and interpret all the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the TIC shall be final.
   本人同意議會保留隨時修改一切有關的條款及細則之權利及最終解釋權，而無須作出任何通知。
