• FCS Christmas Fayre 2022 Stall Holder Application

  • Please complete all fields of this application.  There is a £20 stall holder vendor fee that must be paid to be considered a vendor.  Once you have filled out this form and been selected as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice. Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full.  Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments.  Payments can be made via BACS to acc Ferndown Community Support 25869361 522134 (Natwest), or via our website www.ferndowncommunitysupport.org.uk/christmas-fayre-2022/ 

  • This agreement is to verify your participation in the FCS Christmas Fayre on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at Ferndown Day Centre, Library Road, Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 9AW. Each stall holder vendor must bring own 6-foot table, but 1-2 chairs will be provided with your registration.  Stall holders are permitted to bring displays and stands however these must not encroach on floorspace or other stall holder displays. We encourage stall holders to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited. 1 socket per stall is available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of this agreement.  Ferndown Community Support CIC is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while stall holders, volunteers or patrons are at the Fayre. In addition, Ferndown Community Support CIC assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects stall holder products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects, and must have appropriate insurances in place. Vendors may have access to event space beginning 12:00 pm. The event concludes at 5:30 pm and vendors have until 6:00 pm for break down. Participation in the November 19th FCS Christmas Fayre is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay the registration fee of £20 before vending space is reserved. Thanks to the layout of the Ferndown Day Centre all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Show management pre selects vendor space for each small business based on your products, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed. Payment shall be made directly via BACS or with any major credit/debit card. Please contact event coordinator with payment questions. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the FCS Christmas Fayre will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is cancelled by Ferndown Community Support CIC this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Stall holder vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the FCS Christmas Fayre. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our raffle displayed at the front entrance. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
