Booking Conditions

1.       Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance upon completion of this booking form and with full payment.

2.

3.       Access to the Pool will not be allowed until the booking start time and must be vacated by the booking finish time.

4.       Tables and seating will be provided for party food. For Splash parties this will be in the café area after the pool activities.

5.       Food and drinks may only be consumed whilst sat at the tables provided.

6.       Splash Party activities will last 1 hour leaving 45 minutes for your party food in the café area after.

7.       As ‘the hirer’ responsibility for the safe supervision of your party as outlined in these booking conditions along with any displayed rules on safe use of play equipment etc. lies with you except for Pool activities which will be fully supervised by qualified lifeguards.

8.       If required First Aid will be provided by Lifeguards or the Duty Manager.

9.       In the interest of health and safety the decisions of the Duty Manager / Lifeguards must be adhered to at all times. In case of emergency evacuation etc. they will take charge.

10.    All under 3’s must be supervised by an adult at all times.

11.    In the interest of safety, party poppers and novelty aerosols must not be used in the centre.

12.    Alcohol must not be consumed on the premises.

13.    This is a non-smoking / vaping establishment.

14.    No outdoor or fashion shoes will be allowed in the Sports Hall. Only indoor soft soled footwear (ideally with non-marking soles) is permitted.

15.    No shoes are to be worn on the play equipment.

16.    Rules for safe use of the inflatable and play equipment (maximum numbers, user height, age, etc.) will be displayed and must be obeyed.

17.    A Photography permit is required before any photography or filming is allowed on site.
Additional Conditions of use for Splash Parties

1.       Non-swimmers and children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 or over) at all times. A maximum of 2 non-swimmers/under 8’s may be accompanied per adult.

2.       Spectators are not permitted on poolside. Pool activities may be viewed from the café area.

3.       Adults are not permitted to use the pool inflatable. The inflatable is for children aged 8-15 years old.

4.       Children will only be allowed on to the Pool Inflatable if they are able to swim 25m (a whole length) unaided – they may be asked to demonstrate this.

5.       No swimming is permitted within the roped off area surrounding the inflatable.

6.       No jumping from the poolside onto the inflatable or the inflatable onto poolside.

7.       Do not get on to the Pool Inflatable until the Lifeguard gives you permission.

8.       Only feet first, sitting entries are permitted off the Slide at the end of the inflatable – no head first sliding.

9.       If you fall off the inflatable exit the area by the shortest route, either to the side or under the rope into the swimming area. Do Not Swim Under the inflatable or attempt to climb back on.

10.    Although this is a party all normal pool rules still apply. Lifeguards are provided for your safety and will enforce these rules.

11.    Session start and finish will be signalled by a long blast of the whistle. Follow the instructions of the Lifeguards for when to enter or leave the water.

12.    Party activities will last 1 hour leaving 45 minutes for changing and enjoying your party food in the café area.
