Market Information

Our market opens promptly at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 1:00 p.m. (although, we let the occasional straggler to come by and purchase). The expectation is that all vendors arrive at least 45 minutes prior to market in order to begin setting up their table/display. This expectation does not apply to performers, who may perform a 1hr set on a selected date. Those presenting or instructing should arrive 15 minutes prior to their presentation or class time.

Because we can only accommodate 7-8 vendors at this time, these preferences are first-come, first-served. 

Please jot down your requested dates and send a text to 816-237-0572 to request approval the Monday prior to market. 

While not required, we do request a *$20 vendor fee per market day from all for-profit vendors. You may provide this in cash, purchase $20 worth of veggies, or send $20 via cashapp to $YoungFamilyFarmKC. 

*This fee is not requested for Yogis, other instructors, or outreach organizations setting up a booth to provide resournces in support of the community.

Vendor/Instructor/Performer Terms & Agreement I hereby agree that I will abide by the terms set forth below and understand that vendor/performance spots are not guaranteed. In the event of inclement weather, the market may be canceled or rescheduled.

Photographic & Liability Release I hereby acknowledge that the information given above is accurate. I give permission to Young Family Farm for the use of my photographs taken by staff for social media or promotional use. I acknowledge that a farm environment may pose safety risks/risk of injury as a result of tools or allergens. I release Young Family Farm KC and the representatives therein from any financial or legal liability stemming from an injury incurred on any of their sites.
