Progress in Pregnancy includes:-A 36 week weightlifting program -Deep Core Breathing Exercises (for all 40 weeks of pregnancy) -Labor Training workouts The weightlifting portion of the guide is best done in the gym, but MOST of the exercises can be done at home with dumbbells (if you have a barbell/bands at home, even better!) Each exercise has a demonstration video WITHIN the guide, so it is easy and accessible to use. All of the deep core and labor training content have “how to” videos that coach you through the movements. The guide will be automatically emailed to you in pdf format, so that you can conveniently access it on your phone, but it can also be printed out if you prefer!
