Welcome to the Winter Polo Classic! This event swings on Saturday, February 24 from 2:00pm-6:00pm at the Norris Penrose Event Center. 
We invite you to join us as one of our limited on-site vendors.

The Broadmoor Winter Polo Classic is open to retail and informational businesses only. Unfortunately, no food or beverage opportunities are available for this event. For a list of events with food and beverage opportunities, please email vendor@thesportscorp.org.

Vendor Applications
All potential vendors must complete the application below. Please submit your interest form by January 12. Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis. The Colorado Springs Sports Corporation team will reach out upon application receipt with further coordination details/application status/approval. If approved, you will receive notice by January 19.

Vendor Information and Fees:

• A no commission collected, flat fee of $300. Payment and documents are required at checkout. Estimated attendance for the event will be 1,000 attendees.
• NO SMOKING.
• NO STAKES.
• POWER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
• WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED FOR YOUR TENT.

**Space is limited, and vendors must be exact in their measurements. Spaces will be 10'x10' and additional spaces will be available for purchase. For questions, please contact vendor@thesportscorp.org.

General Information:
Please have all required paperwork at checkout! You will not be able to proceed without your paperwork. 

• All vendors are required to file Colorado State, County, and City taxes.
• All vendors must submit a certificate of insurance. Coverage to include comprehensive general liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of $1,000,000 for each occurrence/$ 2,000,000 general aggregate. It is required that every policy list the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation, the Norris Penrose Event Center, and Xequestrius, LLC as additionally insured. Insurance must be submitted with this application.
