    Power in Postpartum includes  -Deep Core Breathing Exercises  -A 12 week weightlifting program to ease you back into exercise once you’ve been cleared by your Dr.  This guide is best done at the gym but can also be modified at home with dumbbells and bands.  The guide include demonstration exercise videos and “how-to” coaching videos for the deep core section. All videos are WITHIN the guide for your convenience!  The guide will be automatically emailed to you in pdf format, so that you can conveniently access it on your phone, but it can also be printed out if you prefer!
