All on location services require a minimum of 2 people.  Additional fees will be added to any venue more than 30 miles round trip from Salon 501.

The time that services will begin will be determined when the contract is received.

* Please ONLY include information about wedding guests that will be receiving services.

The services you indicate on this form will be what you are committed to for day of event. Additional services can be added if time allows but not removed. 

*Prior to coming into the salon the day of the appointment always make sure that the hair is properly cleansed and conditioned. Dirty/oily hair is not what you want for an upstyle. This creates more weight and often makes style look unpolished. Your end style should always look editorial not day old.

  *After hair is properly cleansed and conditioned, apply a root boost and styling aid to the ends of hair. Blow out hair in a smooth fashion until it is completely dry. Make sure that you are parting the hair as you blow it out in the direction you wish to have it styled. Never show up to salon with wet hair.

  *That is it!! Easy as that! Once you arrive at the salon your stylist will apply the products they need to create the look you want. You will feel more polished and beautiful for your big day.

  *Please make sure that each client arrives 10-15 min early for their appointment.  Also note, there will be an additional fee applied to each style that is not properly dry before appointment.

* If services are being provided on location your stylists will be arriving 15-20 minutes early prior to start time to set up.  Stylists will bring all hair and makeup supplies necessary for each bridal party guest.  This EXCLUDES any hair pieces, extensions etc unless already communicated with the stylist. 

 *The bride is responsible for ensuring that there is a cleared area for stylists to perform services with proper lighting, seating and electrical outlets. Hair will be done by following a schedule which will be given to the bride before the day of the event.

*Make sure that you have set up all color service appointments and any hair trims you may need at least 2 weeks before the day of the event. This will ensure that you are touching up any unwanted new growth and all those dry ends are dusted off. (Don't forget to add a glossing treatment or mask to this service for optimum shine)

 *I have a full menu of hair & nail services to prepare you and your bridal party for your wedding day.  I would love to talk more about how to make you feel confident and comfortable with your color, cut, nails and waxing services to ensure a well photographed bridal party.

No charges will be made to your credit card until services are performed.

However, any changes or cancellations that need to be made must be done no later than one month (30 days) prior to wedding date. 

In the event that an appointment is canceled from one week (7 days) to two weeks (14 days) prior to your event, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) stated above and your credit card will be charged.

 In the event that an appointment is canceled less than one week (7 days) prior to your event, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) stated above and your credit card will be charged. 

Payment for all services stated above is due the day of event.  Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have me charge your card for the whole party. I accept cash or credit card only.  All Credit Card information will be used for this event only. 

It is important that all guests closely adhere to the schedule that is originally discussed so that I may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I must follow this policy out of respect for other stylists, and other guests. 

*Please note that in the event of injury or illness I will provide an alternate stylist to accomadate your wedding party needs or a full refund will be submitted.
