    Below is step by step of our ordering process:

    1. Place order through provided link
    2. After submission your order will be viewed & a payment link will be sent via email for your viewing of the full invoice. 
    3. After payment is made your custom items will begin processing. Please allow 7-10 Business Days (Tues - Friday) for completion of orders bigger than Bride/Groom Boxes & 2-4 weeks for orders of 15 boxes or more.
    4. Once all items are complete and ready for shipping you will be notified via email. PLEASE HAVE NOTIFICATIONS ON. Checking on your order before the 10th business day is not necessary. We vow to communicate every step of the way to ensure your order is being completely on time and of great quality.
    5. Tracking will also be sent via email once items have been packaged and shipped
  • POLICY

    Due to all items being customized and ineligible for resale this service is a NON-REFUNDABLE.

    However, we want our clients to be satisfied and know they are in good hands with our team. We are committed to making your day special so it changes are needed or there is an issue with your order please allow us a chance to fix it. Under certain circumstances out of our control (shipment after shipping, weather delays, emergencies, etc) we will work with the client the best way we possibly can, but after shipment its up to the client to reach out to the shipping provider.
