  • Application for Presenters & Facilitators

    for Fearless Women's Forest Gathering, May 19-21, 2023
  • Before you complete your application, please read the following and answer the 3 questions to confirm your eligibility;

  • The Fearless Women's Forest Gathering is a huge collaboration between many women. It takes around 100 women to bring this life changing event together. These women need to be connected and unified to lay the foundations for a safe space for the attendees. We achieve this by bringing the collaborators together through zoom meetings 1 week before the event and holding an intention setting ceremony 2 hours before the festival commences.

    If you cannot commit to the following due to family or work commitments, please do not apply. We will be happy to receive your application in future years when you are able to commit to the following;

  • HOW DOES IT WORK?

    We want the attending women to have an opportunity to experiment with various activities, classes, ceremonies and modalities, hence there will be a variety of these throughout the weekend. These can include but are not limited to;

    Yoga disciplines, Tai Chi, Zumba, Qigong, Guided Meditations, Sound Healings, Dance workshops (such as belly dance, hip hop, salsa, warrior), cooking & nutrition workshops, raw food presentations, red tents, mandala workshops, art workshops, reclaiming your feminine, goddess workshops, self-love workshops, astrology presentations. If what you can offer is not on the list, it doesn’t mean we don’t want it, we just didn’t think of it.

    Successful applicants will receive a heavily discounted catered camping ticket ($165 including GST), saving $309 (normal price for this ticket is $474). This will include a place to camp and catered meals from Friday dinner through to Sunday lunch. If you would like to upgrade to a bunk house, your discounted ticket will cost $220 including GST. Your payment will be passed on to the caterers and Dare Adventures to cover your meals and camp fees. Depending on what you will be doing, the exchange for this will be one of the following;

    • 3 X 1-hour presentation/workshop/class
    • 2 X 90-minute presentation/workshop/class
    • Arts/crafts workshops will run for 1 X 4-hour block over the weekend. Creations should take approxiamately 1 hour and participants should be able to start their creation at any time through out the 4 hours.

    Arts/craft workshops will have a budget of $400 to work with. Successful applicants will be required to provide receipts for purchases prior to reimbursement.

    If your class, ceremony, or workshop does not fit into these time slots, do not let that stop you from applying, as your application will still be considered.

    Facilitators and Presenters will need to arrive before 10am on Friday May 19th and stay for the closing ceremony which will be held at 2pm on Sunday May 21st.

    Facilitators and Presenters will be required to have their own professional indemnity insurance.

    Please read the information below in detail before completing the application form.

    Being a successful applicant in 2022 does not guarantee acceptance to be a facilitator or presenter at the Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering 2023. Due to time constraints, only a set number of applicants will be selected and we want to keep the content fresh so that participants are experiencing different things from year to year.

    Applicants who can cater for large numbers of people will be given preference.
