BACKGROUND

- {clientName} is of the opinion that Sablade Music Enterprise has the necessary experience and abilities to provide the agreed services to {input5:1} for {clientName}.

- Sablade Music Enterprise is agreeable to providing such services to {clientName} on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

In consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, {clientName} and Sablade Music Enterprise agrees as follows:

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- The terms of this agreement will begin on the date of this agreement and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this agreement.

- This agreement may be terminated legally by either party with prior notice to the other party at least a week or a couple of days (in case of emergencies) prior to {serviceStart}, the commencement date of the event {eventName}.

- This agreement automatically terminates after {eventName} ends successfully with no casualties or damages.

CURRENCY

- All monetary amounts referred to in this agreement are in Ghana Cedi (GHS).

PAYMENT

- Sablade Music Enterprise will charge {clientName} for the services at the rate of GHS {totalCharge} as stated in agreement.

- The first payment/deposit (70%+ of the total cost) will be taken immediately or in a couple of days based on the type/details of service to be provided.

- The final payment/balance will be taken right at the commencement of the event.

- Sablade Music Enterprise has the right to not provide the service for the commencement of the program till the final payment/balance has been made.

DAMAGES

- In the event of damages to equipment or personnel in the course of the event and it's preparations, {input5:1} and/or {input5:4} are liable to the paying of Damage Fees (a percentage of the total repairs/purchase cost up to 50%) depending on the nature/severity of the damages caused.

- Damage Fees are payable ONLY when the damage(s) caused are based on negligence and disregard of technical and professional advice and standards communicated by Sablade Music Enterprise and the damage is caused by the client and/or their team.

- Damage Fees are required immediately after repairs/maintenance/purchase costs for the damaged equipment is communicated.

REFUNDS

Sablade Music Enterprise is liable to refunding {clientName}'s payments made under these conditions;
- Sablade Music Enterprise is unable to provide the required services requested by {clientName}.
- Sablade Music Enterprise terminates this agreement legally.
- {clientName} decides to terminate this agreement legally. In such a case, Sablade Music Enterprise has the right not to refund up to 15% of GHS {totalCharge}; [GHS {bookingFee}] as Booking Fee.
