Policies:
Longer color services require non refundable retainer/deposit (amount to be determined after we talk) to hold your appointment time. The deposit needs to be paid the same day your service is booked. The deposit amount will go toward the day of your service total. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I require 48+ hours notice. Your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled date as long as you comply with my cancellation policy.
Deposits are needed to protect me in case you do need to reschedule or cancel last minute, as I'm often unable to fill 3+ hour long appointment slots last minute. In the rare event I am able to fill the spot for a service of equal value, you will be refunded your deposit. If there is a chance you plan to cancel without rescheduling, I suggest not scheduling a service until you're 100% committed.
Please try to limit the amount of times you reschedule. I will be mindful of any serious unforeseen circumstances.
