Being a collaborator in previous years does not guarantee acceptance at the Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering 2023. Due to limited space at the site, only a select number of stallholders, readers and healers will be able to attend.
FEES
Please do not pay any fees when submitting application forms.
If successful, a confirmation email and invoice will be forwarded to stallholders.
Payment must be received by Friday March 17th, 2023.
3 X 3m stall = $220 for the duration of the festival. This includes entry for 1 person. If you need a staff member, another $110 will be added to the invoice (This fee covers our on and offsite costs which are charged per person).
6 X 3m stall = $330 for the duration of the festival. This includes entry for 1 person. If you need a staff member, another $110 will be added to the invoice (This fee covers our on and offsite costs which are charged per person).
The fee includes a camping site close to the stall. There will be 1m between stalls. Your camping equipment must not exceed the width of your stall.
Please note that Jarrahfall Bush Camp has a no vehicles on the oval policy, alongside no tent pegs or star pickets, so please use a swag/small tent, with sandbags and/or water containers if you would like to camp close by.
The fee does not include meals, , however, catering packages will be available for $99 when you collect your online ticket. This includes catered meals from Friday evening through to Sunday lunch.
Please note that if you are self-catering, you must supply your own refrigeration and cooking equipment.
KEY DATES
- Applications close Friday January 28th, 2023.
- Successful applicants notified and invoices sent by Friday February 18th, 2023.
- Final date for invoice payment Friday March 17th, 2023.
APPLICANTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR INVOICE BY MARCH 17th, 2023 WILL FORFEIT THEIR APPLICATION.
IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED (MINUS A 30% ADMIN FEE) IF CANCELLATION IS MORE THAN 4 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF THE EVENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
MARKET STALLS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All stalls are unpowered.
Bump in is BEFORE 10am on Friday May 19th.
Stalls must be open and attended during the following times;
- Friday May 19: 2pm-6pm (Evening optional but own lighting required).
- Saturday May 20: 9am – 6pm (Evening optional but own lighting required)
- Sunday May 21: 9am – 12pm
As per the venue owners request, vehicles are not permitted on the oval.
Market stalls are offered in 3m x 3m sizes. Please accurately assess the amount of space required in your event application. The area requested must include the total length, width and height of the stallholder’s marquee when fully erected and any additional apparatus required (e.g. display items).
The cost of all products must be clearly displayed.
Stallholders must not unreasonably interfere with or disturb/annoy other stallholders or visitors at the event.
Stall and bay areas must be kept clean, tidy and hazard free at all times - please pay particular attention to tripping hazards.
Approval is not transferable to any other person and stallholders are not permitted to share, sub-lease or assign a site to another stallholder or third party.
Any damage caused by a stallholder to the site or elsewhere shall be rectified by and at the expense of the stallholder.
Stallholders are not permitted to sell or display offensive, illegal, prohibited, counterfeit or unauthorised goods including goods bearing trademarks for which the stallholder does not have a license to sell or goods bearing registered trademarks which are not genuine products.
Tables, chairs and marquees for the stall are to be provided by the stallholder.
Stallholders must confine their displays to the stall site and all items must be stable and firmly secured to avoid possible risk or injury.
Erection of any structure or equipment is the responsibility of the stallholder.
The event is held outdoors and will be on a grassed area.
As per Jarrahfall Bush Camp policy all marquees etc will need to be safely secured with sand bags and/or water containers only.
FEARLESS WOMEN’S FOREST GATHERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following;
This event is restricted to women or people who identify as women, 18 years and over.
Entry tickets for 1 person will be issued to successful applicants via a booking link and coupon code. If you are bringing a staff member, 2 tickets will be issued.
These tickets do not include catering. Catering packages are available for purchase.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
Although alcohol is permitted, we would like to keep the energy and vibration as high as possible. We are therefore asking that nobody drinks before 6pm and that alcohol will be consumed in a moderate fashion. By moderate, we mean 2 standard drinks.
Illicit drugs and psychedelic plant medicines are not permitted at this event.
Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Some activities are recreational and involve a degree of risk and exertion. I agree that I will engage in these activities at my own risk. I take 100% responsibility for my own person. I acknowledge that this document represents a release and discharge from legal responsibility in favour of Carolyne Forte, Michelle Cherry and all persons associated with Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community.
I agree to take note and abide by all Rules, Warning Notices and instructions issued by Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering staff and volunteers.
To the full extent permitted by law, I agree to waive and release Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community from all actions, claims or suits no matter how they occur including for negligence, breach of contract and under section 64 and 64A of the Australian consumer law with respect to any loss, cost expense or damage I might suffer because of undertaking the activities, using the equipment and facilities, or receiving training or instruction relation to the activities.
I consent to Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community taking any necessary action to assist with my welfare including the administration of any emergency medical treatment or the engagement of medical services including an ambulance. I also agree to be responsible for and indemnify Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community for the cost of any treatment incurred for my welfare.
I understand that I may be photographed, filmed or digitally recorded and I consent to these being used for promotion such as but not limited to websites, social media or television. I acknowledge that you own all rights (including copyright) in the recordings.
