Test Run Migration Checklist

1. Log in to the Remote Desktop Connection (on your Windows Computer with credentials that were sent) to view your Mock Migration before you start this form.

2. Review your data in the Test Migration virtual machine to confirm that it has been mapped correctly and to your expectations. Use this guide.

3. Ask any and all questions to your Onboarding Specialist, ensure you have a clear idea of what your Go-Live Day will entail.

4. Submit this form prior to your Final Data Collection date.

Memos are mapped from legacy system notes fields and all accounted for

I understand certain case details will map into a Smokeball memo where I can later add them to the matter case detail fields (ex: Claim No, SOL date)

Tasks and Events*

I understand that trust and operating balances do not show in the Mock Migration but will import if they are in the source data.
I understand that only unbilled expenses, unbilled time / fee entries, and partially paid invoices that are grouped together in one entry as a "migrated fee", will be migrated into Smokeball
The Time and Expenses tab on the matters is displaying unbilled time entries and expenses according to my expectations
