TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I agree and understand that by signing this contract I commit to paying my child/s term fee in full.

2. I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure my child attends for the term and not the responsibility of Ihi Kura.

3. I agree and understand that the safety of my child is my responsibility during the time my child is at Ihi Kura Facilities and with the Te Rito program. My child is participating at their own risk and I will not hold ihi Kura accountable for any injury or death that may occur.

4. I agree and understand that I will notify Ihi Kura of any changes to mine and my childs contact details.

5. I agree and understand that I am responsible for the safety of my childs personal valuables. Ihi Kura will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

6. I agree and understand that I give Ihi Kura permission to use mine and my childs image in promotional photos, posters, video for the use of promotional activity.

7. I agree and understand that there will be no refund given. Once my child is registered onto Te Rito it is my responsibility to ensure my child attends.

8. I agree and understand that if my child falls under the age of 12, I MUST be present for the 1 hour, once a week session. Te Rito. We rely heavily on the support of all parents/caregivers to ensure the safety of each child is paramount.
