This form is for Michelle to be able to contact clients for last minute openings. It will give you a chance to get in if Michelle has a cancellation.

Filling out this form does not guarantee you will get an appointment.

This form is an extra way for you to get in if there is available time to do so.

Please fill out the form below if you:

- Have a flexible schedule and can likely come in when called.

- Are patient and will not hold it against us if you are not contacted right away (or maybe not contacted at all).

- Are willing to follow Michelle's current Covid precautions: Masks & Vaccines are still required.

- Please note that in most cases, only flash, freehand designs and "get what you get" pieces can be accommodated for last minute openings.

If any of these are true:

- You want a "Get What You Get" tattoo- Our shop has a wheel you spin with numbers that correlates to a tattoo in a book.

- You want a flash tattoo- flash are tattoo designs that are already drawn and can be repeated on multiple clients.

- You want a "pre drawn" tattoo- pre-drawn are tattoo designs that the artists has already drawn and that they will only tattoo on one person.

- You want a simple or small tattoo to be drawn on the day of the appointment. This is limited to Flowers, bugs and botanicals.
