My Commission Terms
**Read carefully - please do not skip over.**
- Full refunds are available for any unstarted commissions, and partial refunds for partially completed work.
- You will have a chance to request edits after each WIP stage. I am happy to make any requested edits, however, please keep in mind that I cannot provide unlimited revisions for free (hourly rate commissions exempt). Mistakes on my end will always be corrected free of charge.
- Very complex character designs, gear, and/or the addition of props/objects may cost extra. Feel free to ask if you aren't sure!
- I reserve the copyright for the final artwork and any WIPs.
  The commissioned art may be used for personal purposes by the client and any recipients only.
- Commercial (for profit) use of the art is prohibited, unless initially and explicitly agreed upon. This includes use with monetized streaming accounts/Youtube channels, and similar. E.g. Custom Twitch emotes can be used on your monetized channel as intended, but you cannot sell the art as merch.
- Other artists may not alter the art in any way. This includes editing, drawing over, or using parts of my art in their own work without my permission. If you need an edit to a previously completed commission, I will be happy to help you.
- Do not use my art to train AI art generators, for blockchain technologies (NFT/crypto), or for any related purposes.
