Vendor Fee: $40 for members, $50 non members (application fee for selected artists will count towards the vendor fee)
Artspace will provide one 6ft table per vendor, covered with brown butcher paper. We recommend vendors bring their own table coverings. We can also provide two chairs for each table.
APPLICATIONS GUIDELINES + CRITERIA:
1. Due to the number of artist submissions, vendors will be juried. Selected artists will be notified by Friday, November 18.
2. Vendor fee will be due upon notification.
3. We ask that artists display their products in a professional manner that compliments the vision of their work.
4. Selected artists must be present for the duration of the event (11am-5pm Saturday December 10).
5. Set up is 10-11:30am , and breakdown must be completed by 5:30pm.
6. Artists are responsible for all their sales transactions, i.e. cash, checks, and credit card sales.
7. Artspace will not take commission from artworks sold.
8. Your materials must fit onto the surface of one (1) 6 x 2.5 ft table.
9. No refunds: refunds for artist applications fees and vendor fees will not be issued.
10. Participants agree that Artspace shall have the right to use vendor photos for publicity or marketing purposes.
11. By submitting an application, you agree to and accept all the terms and conditions above.
