Zoo Lights tickets will only be refunded in the event of a weather-related Zoo closure. We are currently accepting refund requests for closures on the following dates:
- December 7, 2022
- December 23, 2022
Please note:
- refunds must be issued in the form of payment used for the original purchase
- complimentary tickets received through promotions are not eligible for refunds
- the deadline for requesting a refund is January 20, 2023
