Submit this form as soon as possible while your foster dog is in your care in order to complete the basic/mandatory and/or bonus/optional challenge tasks to be entered to win the Visa gift cards. In the Fall Foster Challenge, there are basic tasks that are mandatory to enter to win the $1,000 grand prize, and there are bonus tasks that are optional. The THREE tasks below are basic tasks that all foster parents should do for their foster pets, so they are mandatory to enter:

1. Write and submit a bio for your foster dog.

2. Submit photos of your foster dog.

3. Post your foster dog on social media.
Mandatory task #1: Submit a bio about your foster dog of at least 150 words. Tell us about them: what do they like, what is funny or silly or quirky about them? Who have they met and gotten along with? What do they not like?
Mandatory task #2: Submit 3-5 photos of your foster dog.

Mandatory task #3: Upload a screenshot of you sharing about your foster dog (with information about how to adopt, if they are adoptable--not going on transport) either on social media, in an email, or on a printed flyer.

The TWO tasks below are bonus tasks that are optional. If you do one or more of these tasks, you get extra entries in the drawing for the $1,000 grand prize.

1. Submit a video of your foster dog.

2. Visit a local dog-friendly business or landmark with your foster dog and post on social media about it (i.e. get a pup cup at Starbucks, go to Hollywood Feed or Petco, MemPops, go to the ON-LEASH park at Shelby Farms, etc.)
Optional task #1: Submit a cute video of your foster dog.
