Montessori Childbirth Preparation Class Registration Form
Classes will begin on Saturday, October 15th to December 10, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be off on November 26th. Location: Classes will be held at Butler Montessori School, 15951 Germantown Road, Darnestown, MD Email: rhonda@nmconsulting.org or call 240-398-8904. Please use this form to register for a spot in the class. Class size is limited to 5 couples and will be filled on a first come first served basis. The cost is $200.00 per couple.
