SPI Member Event Information

Submit information for event inclusion in SPI calendar
As a service to its members, Speckle Park International Limited (SPI) will provide a level of promotion of member events.

SPI will use reasonable endeavours to:

- list the event in the SPI Calendar (made available on the SPI website, in the SPI Newsletter and SPI Magazine); and

- post the event on the SPI Facebook page approximately 2 months prior and again approximately 1 week prior to the relevant event.

To be eligible for this service:

- the event must be run or promoted by an SPI member/s or have SPI member participation; and

- the event information must be provided to SPI in the required format and within a reasonable time prior to the event and to the relevant publication date.

If event information is not provided in a sufficient time prior, it may not be possible to include the event in particular materials due to publication and/or printing deadlines.

Please note, due to the volume, it is not possible or practicable for SPI to monitor new member events or changes to existing events. Members are responsible for providing up to date information in relation to events they wish to be promoted. If event information is not provided as required, it will not be promoted by SPI.

Only the information you provide will be used by SPI so please ensure you complete each section and provide the image you wish to be shared with your event. If an image is not submitted, your event will be advertised without one.

If changes are made to the details of your event, please ensure SPI is notified by submitting a new Form with the updated details as soon as reasonably possible.
