We cannot accept any food vendors. Please complete all fields of this application. There is a $25 deposit vendor fee that must be paid after completing this application. The remaining fee of $150 must be paid by January 31, 2023. Once you have filled out this form, you will be directed to pay your vendor deposit fee. Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full. Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments.

This agreement is to verify your participation in the Black Culture Cheer & Dance Competition on Saturday, March 18, 2022 at the FAMU AL Lawson Jr. Multicultural Center as a vendor. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited. Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified after completing this application. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size.

Dynamic Xplosion Cheer, Inc. is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are attending the event. In addition, Dynamic Xplosion Cheer, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

Participation in the Black Culture Cheer & Dance Competition is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay the registration fee of $175 before vending space is reserved. Vendor space location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. Payment shall be made directly through PayPal or with any major debit/credit card. Please contact event coordinator at dynamic.xplosion@gmail.com with payment questions.

Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Black Culture Cheer & Dance Competition will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by Dynamic Xplosion Cheer, Inc. this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Black Culture Cheer & Dance Competition. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary registration bags given to all coaches. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
