The Nuclear Power and Energy Agency (NuPEA) is committed to ensuringeradication of corruption and bribery in the implementation of its mandate.This form is developed in line with the Bribery Act of2016 and Regulations thereof as well as NuPEA’s Corruption Prevention andWhistle Blowing Policy. Your complaint/concern shall be handled with thehighest level of confidentiality as possible and there will be no retaliationor victimization for submitting this report.
