Dr Sood's Practice closure December 2022 Logo
  • Dr Sood's Practice Engagement Survey

  • Dr Sunil Sood is retiring from Dr Sood's Practice. As a result, the practice will be closing on 31 December 2022.

You can register with a new GP of your choice near to where you live. To find a surgery near you, either look at the list of local surgeries listed in your letter or click here to visit the NHS services directory. You will need to choose a surgery and contact them directly to register with them. If you do not register with a practice by 31 December 2022 we will register you at a practice close to where you live.

There will be one online drop-in session for patients who wish to share their comments. This will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 9 November 2022, 2-3pm. Join the meeting by clicking here at the event start time.

We will also hold one in-person drop-in session at the GP practice on Tuesday 8 November 2022, 2-3pm. You do not need to register for this event, you are welcome to come to the practice within this allotted hour.

In response to this change, we want to hear your views and questions regarding access to GP services going forward. You can this by completing this short survey below.

When completing the survey, please provide your email address if you are happy to receive a response following your submission.
