Employee of the Year Award Application

We are now accepting applications and nominations for the Employee of the Year Award! Apply for the award by completing this form, which should take about 30 minutes. Learn more about the award and review award eligibility and the judging process online on our event page.

All applicants will be reviewed by independent panel of judges in November. The winner will be presented their award at the Excellence in Service Awards banquet on January 11, 2024.
