Cove Parking Request Form

Homeowners have brought to the attention of the board their concerns regarding the parking on Lagrange Grove Cove and the bend at LaGrange Crest Way. However, as more families begin to make this a habit, our streets become excessively cluttered and often a maze to drive through our neighborhood at night. Furthermore, the Sheriff’s Department has investigated hit-and-run accidents centered around vehicles parked on the street. For safety, the board respectfully requests that all residents refrain from parking on the street gutter and park in the garage or driveway space overnight when feasible.

As such, LaGrange Commons Cove is not for long-term parking. We ask that homeowners who wish to temporalty use the cove for short-term parking (2-3 days) submit a Parking Form below to Lieutenant Terrence Holt at Terrence.holt@me.com to ensure homeowners are abiding by Fire Codes at LaGrange Commons.
