I may contact you with addtional questions and forms prior to the consultation based on what you would like to discuss so that we can make the most of the time we have durring the call. 

Date and time selction are your desired time/date I will be in contact with you to confirm the exact time/date within 24-48hrs on business days (Mon- Thurs). If you wish to cancel prior to your consultation there will be a 25% fee, no exclusions.

This is a 45minute, up to 1 hour phone consultation or email consultation. This is not medical advice and no advice given is meant to replace any prior or current medical advice you have been given. A 25% fee will be charged if you cancel prior to scedule date. Absloutly no refunds are given for any reason once the consultation has been carried out. If requesting a phone consult a phone number will be sent to you via email once sceduled and it will be your responsibilty to call on time for the consult. This will be sent within 48hrs of booking. At your consult time If 20 minutes have passed the call will be considered missed and you will either need to rescedule or cancel. If an email consult is requested you will be sent a form to fill out within 48hrs of payment recipt.
