2022-2023 MEMBERSHIP, MEALS, and SPIRIT ITEMS

FHS Upper 90 Soccer Boosters
Your membership provides the financial resources that allow us to best assist both the boys' and girls' Varsity and JV teams. We support the FHS soccer program by:
- Providing graduating senior scholarships through FEF
- Offering spirit wear for purchase
- Offering game day meals for athletes for purchase
- Providing concessions at HS & MS games
- Organizing Spirit Nights at local retailers
- Honoring seniors at Senior Night
- Hosting the year-end banquet
Membership Fee: $70 for one player, $30 for each additional player in the program.

Volunteering: All member families are asked to volunteer four (4) hours over the course of the year to help the Upper 90 accomplish its goals. In the form below, you will have the option to indicate areas where you would like to help. You will then be contacted later about specifics. You may also find more opportunities on our website where our SignUp Genius links are posted. If you elect not to volunteer this year, there is a $60 Opt-Out Option.

Game Day Meals: As a service for our players, Upper 90 Boosters will be providing game day meals to those athletes that wish to purchase these. Total cost for the season is $170 per player, which includes 17 game day meals.

Car Decals and Yard Signs: FHS Soccer car decals and yard signs may be purchased below.

Fan Club Sponsorships: To help cover the cost of scholarship players' and coaches' game day meals, please consider making an additional donation below.

How to Register and Purchase Items:
- Review all of the options below and make your selections for membership, volunteering, game day meals, spirit items, and optional sponsorships.
- Complete and submit the below form. Upon submission, you will be prompted to checkout using PayPal. All credit cards and PayPal accepted.
- You will get an email confirmation of your reponses as well as a confirmation from PayPal.
- If you decide later to purchase additional items, you may complete the form again as a second submission.
